TBA, working with the client, Hallmark, transformed the annual holiday CD program into a multi-million dollar music distribution business ($60MM wholesale, plus incremental greeting card revenue), resulting in two platinum and five gold RIAA certified albums.

The program delivered over 8.5+ Million units within a 5 year period.  No album was ever in the retail store more than 60 days, or 45 days depending on the promotion.  It was exclusive music to Hallmark, and it was only available to the consumer during that promotion period.

Throughout the transformation, TBA  was responsible for the  licensing contract negotiations, product development, pricing,  and marketing.  TBA was also responsible for artist(s) personal appearances and media interviews on behalf of the retailer.

Provided Artists to QVC prior to release of their current CD, sales were then counted in first week sales.  Also, help advise QVC on marketing strategies to sell more music produce.
